It seems there?s no bad blood between One Direction and estranged member Zayn Malik who resigned from the band early this year, as Malik sent out his ?Big Love? for his former band mates who just released their new single.
Via a tweet, Zayn sent out his support to the group?s new song which was launched Saturday, ?Drag me down.?
The singer sent the message ?Proud of my boys the new single is sick. Big love. 🙂 x?.

Zayn Malik News: Life after One Direction
The message came just days after he announced his new record deal with RCA as a solo artist. The announcement once more ignited questions of the real reason why he left the famous boyband last March. In his tweet announcing his solo career, Zayn said: “It was for this moment to be given the opportunity to show you who i really am!” In addition to sharing a photo of his contract signing, the 22-year-old also used the hashtag #realmusic, which some are interpreting as a way to hit the type of music being played by his former mates.
Zayn Quits One Direction
It?s still not clear what was the exact reason the young artist left his band who has grown to international stardom since they were launched via a reality talent show years ago. In a tweet, Zayn also acknowledged lack of information of why he quit One Direction, and said the reason was professional: ?I guess I never explained why I left , it was for this moment to be given the opportunity to show you who i really am! ?#realmusic ?#RCA !!?

According to Daily Mail, one of the band’s main songwriters, Jamie Scott, has claimed that it was a simple case of burn-out – and not because of fractures among the group’s members.
Jamie said, ?’Zayn went because he?d had enough. Have you ever been on the road for four years? These guys aren?t at home.
‘There is no way the same thing is going to run through all five guys, that they?re all going to want to be on the road so much together. Eventually he got to a point where he?d had enough. It was, “OK, I don?t want to be in this band any more”. It was that simple, it was human instinct kicking in. People want it to be complicated and have secret reasons but that is what it was.’
