Classic visual novel Yu-No is getting an anime adaptation. Mages, Genco and Feel Anime are teaming up to make the said anime adaptation possible. A 5pb.’s PS4/Vita remake is also happening. YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World is coming to Japan on March 16.
The news about Yu-No getting an anime adaptation was first announced through MAGES. and 5pb. Games’ official website for Hiroyuki Kanno’s Kono Yo no Hate de Koi o Utau Sh?jo YU-NO. A teaser video was previously released. The said clip merely introduces the game developer and production company that will take care of the anime adaptation for Yu-No.

YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World game will launch on both PS4 and PS Vita. It is a graphic adventure game developed and published by ELF Corporation. The game was initially launched as an adult game for the PC-98 in 1996.
Ry? Nagi is designing the character for the YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World game remake. ?The game’s cast includes the following:

Original creator Hiroyuki Kanno is being credited for the script. Kanno passed away in 2011. He is best known for EVE Burst Error. ?He died just months after YU-NO and EVE Burst Error composer Ryu Umemoto also passed away.
The release of the “Original NEC PC-9800 Series Edition” of the remake was also delayed. It was originally scheduled for a December 26 release. It will be made available on March 16, 2017. December 26 marks the 20th anniversary of the original game’s release.
