After a hiatus, Xiaomi is back with two new smartphones. The duo ?Xiaomi Redmi Note 4? and ?Xiaomi Redmi 4? will likely be launched on Aug. 25 with top-of-the-shelf configurations and an impressive exterior design.
The Chinese tech titan Xiaomi has been constantly updating its official social networking channels with a slew of colorful teasers. Some of them showed a glimpse of the device, while others carried the release information. You can check out the teasers attached below.
Speaking of?rumored specifications, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will reportedly feature a 5.5-inch display, bundled with 1,080 x 1,920 pixels resolution. Under the hood, MediaTek’s Helio X20 chipset is believed to power the device with 2GB of RAM backing the internal configurations,?Gadgets360 noted.
Furthermore, the Redmi Note 4 will apparently come equipped with?16GB of built-in storage space. However, there will be no microSD card slot to facilitate expansion. To top it off, there is a second variant flaunting 3GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage space with a slightly higher price tag.
Camera-wise, this handset has been rumored to sport a 13MP rear-facing sensor, in addition to a 5MP front-facing shooter for selfies.
Xiaomi is always known to house generous battery units in its devices and this time too, the company has apparently housed an impressive 4,100mAh battery on the upper-mid-range device.
When it comes to the budget-friendly Xiaomi Redmi 4, multiple?reports suggest that a 5-inch display can be expected. On the hardware-end, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 SoC will apparently power this handset.
Similar to the Redmi Note 4, the Redmi 4 will also come as two variants. The standard model will come backed by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of native storage space. The top-end model, on the other hand, will reportedly carry 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory.
