As the Xbox One backwards compatibility title increases in numbers, more gamers are bound to wait for the next title in line, hoping their personal choices will be included. Now, a few days ago and in a rather funny and surprising twist of announcements, Xbox head Phil Spencer took to Twitter his answer to an inquiry about the Blue Dragon coming to the feature, saying ?I?m not allowed to say but yes.?

Developed by Hironobu Sakaguchi’s Mistwalker, the Blue Dragon arrived on the Xbox 360 on a three-disc set. After Microsoft launched the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature, it started integrating games including those with three-disc feature beginning with Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director?s Cut. Meanwhile, last week, the backwards compatible feature brought three new titles mainly Nin2-Jump, Mr. Driller Online and New Rally-X.

Currently, these are the latest games that have arrived on the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature. The Blue Dragon on the other hand, despite Spencer confirming its backwards compatibility post, doesn?t yet have a specific release date.

Meanwhile, fans can still expect other big games to arrive on the feature as previously, it was confirmed that BioShock, BioShock 1&2, BioShock Infinite and Skate 3 will be on the feature soon. As for Red Dead Redemption, it has been one of the most sought game in the Xbox One backwards compatibility and since its arrival on the feature, fans can?t help but ask whether the title will soon have its own sequel.

Rockstar and Take-Two on the other hand has since avoided such questions, especially after it was previously reported that they plan on making the Red Dead Redemption a franchise title. Take note that since the XBox One backwards compatibility features games from the Xbox 360, players who previously owned the titles do not need to download the game, otherwise, players will have to visit the Xbox One Store and manually download the game on their Xbox One console.
