Xbox One Backwards Compatibility

The latest Xbox One Backwards Compatibility update doesn?t include some of the highly anticipated games. Skate, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, and Call of Duty Black Ops 2 are the games that have been in demand. Now that the company confirmed (via Major Nelson) that more backwards-compatible?games are coming, hope for these games is at peak.

Hope As Microsoft Reaches New Milestone?

Today, Microsoft?s Larry Hryb confirmed three new backward-compatible games: Bound by Flame, The Maw, and Virtua Fighter 5: FS for Xbox One. With the new Xbox One Backwards Compatibility update, the list of games now has more than 250 titles in the library.

Though the company constantly brings new games for Xbox One players, there?s still no BC support for the titles that have been topping the demand chart. Even as?the company previously confirmed that Skate 3 for Xbox One is already in development, players are still clueless when support for it will become available.

Meanwhile, after the success of Microsoft in making the first Black Ops game available for backwards compatibility, the company hasn?t said anything regarding other?games from the Call of Duty franchise. Black Ops 2 and Modern Warfare 2 remain as two of the most requested games for Xbox One.?As Microsoft achieved their 250th Xbox One backwards-compatible games milestone, there are chances that the company might announce support for?their?most requested titles.?

Meanwhile, Games With Gold subscribers can download WWE 2K16 and Forza Horizon today for free. Today is the last day to download these games. The games will be replaced by Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China and Mirror’s Edge.?

What do you think. Will we get those highly demanded backwards-compatible titles soon? What new games would you like to see in the library? Feel free to sound off in?the comments section below.
