The Xbox One backwards compatibility list has been one of the many features in the gaming world that remains consistent in delivering new titles. The last major reveal was the arrival of ?Red Dead Redemption? to the said feature. Although it was followed by several indie titles, the feature has formerly given titles that were also listed on the charts of players who voted on what titles they wanted next.
Despite the absence of new ?Xbox One backwards compatibility? updates these past few days, recent reports said that on the 26th of July, you can expect some new Marvel games arriving on the backwards compatibility list. The titles will reportedly include Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2.
When asked whether Marvel has made drastic changes in the game prior to its release on the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature, Ultimate series producer Mike Jones said ?We wanted these re-releases to be as faithful to the original Ultimate Alliance games as possible?the definitive versions. However, the team did work really hard on improving performance, some UI and graphic enhancements as well as making the games compatible with modern platform features on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. They play really smooth.?
Meanwhile, players can purchase the games individually for the price of $39.99 or buy them in bundle for a discounted price of $59.99.
The re-release of the series was prompted by the thousands of fans who kept inquiring about the Ultimate series, and also as a celebration of its 10th year anniversary, Jones said ?It was actually kind of surprising how often it happens. It?s been 10 years since the series began and gamers are still as passionate about ?Ultimate Alliance? today as they ever were. So we thought this would be a great way to celebrate an amazing franchise that?s about to hit its 10th anniversary. It?s a perfect time to play these games if you missed them the first time or replay with new friends and new Superhero dream teams.?
