Xbox Games With Gold July 2016: Free Xbox One And Xbox 360 Titles Announced By Microsoft

By on

Next month?s lineup of free Xbox titles have been revealed by Microsoft already, and as usual, the list is impressive and Microsoft?s premium subscribers are in for a treat. The lineup of Xbox Games with Gold for July is about to hit the store a couple of days from now, so prepare your Xbox One and Xbox 360 storages for the free titles to come.

Xbox One

From July 1 to 15, players can grab The Banner Saga 2 for the Xbox One, as stated in the leak before. This turn-based RPG was praised well for its gameplay and art style. The game was only released last April for the PC, so it?s a surprise that Microsoft is giving it away for free this early.

For the rest of the month, players can grab the puzzle game Tumblestone for the Xbox One. Players who are akin to games like Tetris, Dr. Mario and Bejeweled will surely enjoy this new take on the genre.

Xbox 360

From July 1 to 15, players can grab Tom Clancy?s Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for the Xbox 360. Another excellent entry in the Tom Clancy series of games, Rainbow Six Vegas 2 pushes players to create the best tactics to succeed in spec ops missions.

For the rest of the month, players can get Tron: Evolution. Players can expect the same neon cities and sci-fi theme from the movie franchise, and the game will also explore the events that occurred before Tron: Legacy through the eyes of Anon.

As usual, the two Xbox 360 titles will also become playable on the Xbox One through Microsoft?s backwards compatibility program, so be sure to renew or get your Xbox Games with Gold subscription for this month?s selection of free title for your console. And sorry guys, no Red Dead Redemption on backwards compatibility this month.
