WWE 2K16 Roster Update: Vintage WWE Characters Now Ready To Rumble!

With the latest update for the upcoming WWE 2K16 game, 19 more wrestlers have been added to the roster.

2K Sports is not done yet with the roster list for the wrestlers included on the latest version of the hit WWE game, with over 120 wrestlers, the largest so far in game franchise history. ?And more wrestlers are joining the fray including Sting, the Ultimate Warrior and Ric Flair!

  • Brie Bella
  • Nikki Bella
  • Brock Lesnar
  • Goldust
  • Heath Slater
  • Hideo Itami

  • Kevin Owens
  • Neville
  • Sami Zayn
  • Roman Reigns
  • Stardust
  • Tyler Breeze
  • Sting
  • Ultimate Warrior
  • Ric Flair

Just a few days ago, 2K Sports also revealed the other 20 wrestlers to be included in the roster, these include Stone Cold Steve Austin (who is also the cover star for WWE 2K16), Colonel Mustafa, Paige, Seth Rollins, and Triple H.

Hulk Hogan was recently removed from the roster and from the game itself as well as from other WWE media due to the result of his very controversial comment on a podcast.


Aside from the updated list of wrestlers, 2K Sports also revealed the full soundtrack list for the game:

  • Run-DMC — “It’s Tricky”
  • Skid Row — “Youth Gone Wild”
  • Twenty One Pilots — “Heavydirtysoul”
  • Yelawolf — “Till It’s Gone” [Dan Heath Remix]
  • Zac Brown Band (feat. Chris Cornell) — “Heavy Is The Head”
  • Zedd (feat. Logic and X-Ambassadors) — “Transmission”

WWE 2K16 will be available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as well as the last gen consoles (PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360) on October 27. Those who preorder will be receiving DLC codes for two playable characters of Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminator (this will be replacing the original Hulk Hogan character DLC preorder bonus)
