Predictions have been circling about the Winds of Winter release. An active Reddit user who goes by the name of BrydenBFish has a blog dedicated to the wars and politics of the said book. Recently, the popular theorist has predicted the release to be by the first quarter of 2017.
BrydenBFish has deduced this from George RR Martin?s writing speed and intervals of the previous novels from the Game of Thrones series. The bigger concern is for whether the book is going to be good.
According to the theorist, Martin pushed the Battle of Winterfell and Battle of Fire to ?Winds of Winter.? These two battles were initially intended to have come towards the end of ?Dance with Dragons.?
Another theory is that the upcoming book might deviate from the TV Series. Stannis Baratheon might actually win the Battle of Winterfell. He based this theory on the fact that Jon Snow?s character in the TV series has adapted the character of Stannis in the book. This might mean that Stannis might win the battle in the book.
According to Martin?s Not a Blog website, he will be attending Worldcon in Kansan City, Missouri. Here is his official public appearance schedule in case you?re in the area:

Question is, ?George RR Martin, how?s Winds of Winter coming along??
We obtained a video parody from Conan O?Brien last year showing the author in his home to find out if he?s really working on the book. The funny clip showed Martin blowing bubbles, playing with a remote control car, diving into his pool, banging on his percussions, and jumping on the trampoline naked. It is just about anything someone would do to procrastinate.
Let?s keep our fingers crossed that BrydenBFish?s predictions of a 2017 Winds of Winter release would come true.
