The Voice 2016 winner won?t be named until tomorrow?s finale, but it seemed obvious who stood out in their last performances. With numerous predictions about the remaining four finalists, we?ve detailed who we think would get America?s votes.
NBC kicked off the two-night, 11th-season finale on Monday. Coaches Blake Shelton, Alicia Keys, and Adam Levine had contenders hoping to get the recording deal of a lifetime. The latter had two bids since Miley Cyrus? team was already eliminated.
The Voice 2016 finalists all did well on their last performances. As such, we?ve chosen to analyze their overall track record to assess who might win.
Team Adam: Josh and Billy
Josh Gallagher quickly caught the hearts of viewers as an ex-jock who chose music. He was initially with Shelton?s team, but was saved by Levine after he lost the knockout round.
The 26-year-old?s most known performances this season included a rendition of Zac Brown Band?s Colder Weather. He also sang a riveting version of My Maria by Brooks & Dunn.
Based on social media feedback, Gallagher seemed to rely too much on country music. This inevitably resulted to a very limited fan base, which could affect the votes that he will get.
Also from Team Adam, Billy Gilman is similar to Gallagher in terms of his country roots. However, the 28-year-old is bolder in terms of song choices. Many were amazed when he sang Adele? When We Were Young. His choir-accompanied version of I Surrender by Celine Dion was also a high point for the show. He also had made a statement with his string-accompanied rendition of Martina McBride?s Anyway.
Still, some pointed out that Gilman had an advantage with his accompaniments and standout musical arrangements. Without these factors, some believe that there is nothing about him as a solo artist that will really blow people away.
Team Blake: Sundance Head
Sundance Head has been a staple in online forums about The Voice 2016 predictions. His soulful twist to pretty much any kind of song has made him a very versatile and well-liked contestant.
He first got everyone?s attention with his rendition of I’ve Been Loving You Too Long by Otis Redding. He also stood out when he sang The Climb by Cyrus and No One by Alicia Keys.
The 37-year-old?s ability to control his voice excellently plus his strong onstage presence can definitely make him The Voice 2016?s winner. However, some would say that an artist like him does not exactly need to win a reality singing competition to make it big. As such, it is possible for him to just be a runner-up.

Team Alicia?s W? McDonald as The Voice 2016 winner?
Though only 17-year-old, We McDonald has mastered how to balance her vocals. Her ability to sound both smooth and strong at the same time has wowed many people.
She first blew the judges away with her rendition of Feeling Good. Since then, she has been on a roll with ?other notable performances like Billie Holiday?s God Bless the Child and Hozier?s Take Me to Church.
As per online discussions, most viewers are hoping that The Voice 2016 votes would be in favor of We McDonald. One prediction from E! News even warned that the last thing America needs is to let another Jennifer Hudson slip through the cracks.
