Once Upon A Time is sure to return for its sixth season and fans can expect to see a convention of mad scientists. One of the major things to look forward to is the comeback of Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Dr. Frankenstein is a character based on Mary Shelley?s horror story and he is coming to Storybrooke when Once Upon A Time season 6 arrives this fall.
The last time we saw Dr. Frankenstein was in season 5, where he assisted when Z
elena (Rebecca Mader) gave birth. No further details have been released yet on where Dr. Frankenstein will be involved. Speculations claim that he could help Dr. Jekyll (Hank Harris) and Mr. Hyde (Sam Witwer) in finding solutions to their problem.
Executive producer Adam Horowitz teased that mad scientists are going to stick together in the upcoming season. The show?s co-creator, Edward Kitsis, also assured that there is going to be a convention of scientists.
Following the news that Dr. Frankenstein will appear in Once Upon A Time season 6, it has been stated that the role will be played by David Anders again. The iZombie star will be working alongside Raphael Sbarge who portrays the role of Jiminy Cricket, also known as Dr. Archie Hopper. Oded Fehr has also become part of the cast. Fehr is the latest addition in the cast members as he replaces Naveen Andrews as Jafar.
Another role that fans are excited to see next season is Cinderella. Jessy Schram?s could help Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) deal with other characters from the Land of Untold Stories. It has been confirmed that Schram will also return to reprise her role as she had already signed up for the sixth season.
Moreover, the upcoming instalment of Once Upon A Time will see The Evil Queen (Lana Parilla) gets worse and wicked than ever. The heroes of Storybrooke will have to work together to stop her from all her evil plans. One of the dark intentions of The Evil Queen is to take away everyone?s happy ending. This includes that of Snow White and her Prince Charming (Josh Dallas).
Once Upon A Time Season 6 will finally be back on Sept. 25, 2016 on ABC.
