?Uncontrollably Fond? star Bae Suzy seemingly hinted at issues with boyfriend Lee Min Ho in her July 2016 story for Harper?s Bazaar Korea. In the feature reported by Allkpop, the Korean actress talked about her new show and ?changing after a reality check? – which is timely with the split rumors that have been hounding her relationship with the ?Boys Over Flowers? heartthrob. ?
While talking about her upcoming Korean drama, Suzy explained that she was able to relate a lot to her new character, No Eul. ?She was someone who lived for others despite having to make sacrifices, but after going through some things, she changed after a reality check,? she narrated.
?[This turned her into] a bit of a sycophant and a snob, and I related to that change very much.”
“Everyone has different sides them, and we’re constantly changing,? she cryptically added.
Yibada recently reported that Suzy and Lee Min Ho have ended their 17-month relationship.
The cause of the breakup is said to be actor Sung Joon, who had dated Suzy in 2013 after filming a historical drama called ?Gu Family Book.? Old photos from an old ?secret date? have even resurfaced online this week.
Contrary to these reports, Sung Joon and Suzy have insisted that they are simply good friends. The latter then began dating Lee Min Ho in January 2015 amid the release of paparazzi photos of their romantic getaways in London and South Korea. However, Suzy and Lee Min Ho have always still been hounded by breakup rumors.
While the truth about their relationship remains to be a mystery, Suzy has seemingly chosen to be preoccupied with work as she prepares for the July 2016 airdate of ?Uncontrollably Fond.? She and leading man Kim Woo Bin have both been actively sharing teaser images of the series in their respective Instagram pages.
Fans are also looking forward to ?Uncontrollably Fond? because it is said to be the new ?Descendants of the Sun.? The globally popular wartime drama will return on TV in 2017, so many are hoping that ?Uncontrollably Fond? will be able to give fans their Korean drama fix for the meantime.
