Thor: Ragnarok Rumors

Marvel Studios released a video that gives major hints to fans about what Thor will be getting himself into. The non-canonical clip was shown at Comic-Con International: San Diego 2016. It was a short video titled ?Team Thor? which was filmed and shared by Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi.

?Team Thor? is said to be part of a bigger sizzle reel for Thor: Ragnarok. It served as an opportunity for fans to obtain an idea of what the MIA Asgardian prince will encounter during the events of Civil War.

Since not all fans had the chance to catch the clip during the Marvel panel at SDCC 2016, Marvel had also opted to share a sketch online. In the uproarious skit, Thor talks about how he takes a break from his job to save the world. It also introduced his new ?average? roommate that helps him craft electronic letters to Captain America and Iron Man.

In addition, Thor?s detective work was also displayed. The Asgardian prince chose to present his work on a white board, keying fans into his search for ?the purple man in the floating chair? (Thanos). He also goes to search for the Infinity Stones.

Aside from the release of the Team Thor video, several new images from the Thor: Ragnarok are currently circulating online. Based on the photos, it?s apparent that some of the scenes were filmed in New York City. One of the most talked about photo from the set was a picture that seems to confirm the return of Odin, a major Marvel Cinematic Universe character.

It was earlier reported that the film was being shot in Brisbane, Australia. But most recently, Thor lead star Chris Hemsworth shared a photo on Twitter showcasing himself and Loki actor Tom Hiddleston at a New York set.

Aside from Hiddleston and Hemsworth, Thor: Ragnarok also stars Idris Elba as Heimdall, Anthony Hopkins as Odin, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Jeff Goldblum as the Grandmaster, Karl Urban as Skurge and Hulk star Mark Ruffalo. Reports claim that the filming was wrapped in July.

Thor: Ragnarok is scheduled to hit the big screens on November 3, 2017.
