Telltale Games haven?t confirmed if our favorite Clementine will, once again, take the lead role for The Walking Dead Season 3, but they have already confirmed that the game is definitely in the works through their official Twitter.
In the recent Comic-Con 2014 in San Diego, Telltale made the official announcement in Skybound Entertainment?s panel with its creator, Robert Kirkman.
Aside from the announcement of the next title in the works, neither Telltale nor Kirkman gave any detail about how the third season will play out, let alone, any detail at all. There?s also no word on whether Clementine, the girl who was introduced in the first season and was the lead character of the second season, will come back as the main protagonist on the upcoming third installation.
Aside from all this uncertainty, Telltale also didn?t give out any details on when, The Walking Dead Season 3, will start, but we?re certain that the game is already being fabricated as we speak, and they?re seriously busy doing what they do best. They just finished the first season of the game based on Fables comic, The Wolf Among Us, and they?re also preparing to release the 5th episode for The Walking Dead: Season 2, titled ?No Going Back?. They?re also busy with the spinoff game Tales from Borderlads, a game based-off from the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game, Borderlands. They?re also in charge of an adventure game based-on HBO?s Game of Thrones TV show.
The original The Walking Deadgame was released on a large variety of platforms like PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, Android, iOS, and Kindle Fire. It was greatly acclaimed that it garnered several game of the year awards from a number of game-related publications. There is a downloadable episode called ?400 Days? to bridge the gap between the conclusion of the first season and the start of the second season of the game.
