According to Yibada, the 28-year-old California native will no longer return to play the role of Derek Hale due to conflicts in his work schedule. Tyler Hoechlin has been busy after being cast as the boyfriend of Anastasia Steel in the highly anticipated sequel to ?Fifty Shades of Grey.?
Aside from starring in ?Fifty Shades Darker,? Tyler Hoechlin?s departure from ?Teen Wolf? season six is also reportedly because of his upcoming role as Clark Kent in ?Supergirl,? which was recently transferred from CBS to CW.
Fans of the hit MTV series have been clamoring for ?Teen Wolf? spoilers now that Derek Hale is gone. According to Hall of Fame, it was teased in the season five finale that lead star Tyler Posey and his pack are expected to face a Nazi zombie villain. The villain will allegedly cause a lot of problems in ?Teen Wolf? season six, which reportedly might even have a World War II-based storyline.
Aside from the mysterious new villain, the lead characters will also be challenged with another ?worrisome? threat, but further details were not given by the insider.
