Taylor Swift Vs Nicki Minaj, The Morning After, Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran Also Goes On Twitter War (Warning: Bad Puns Ahead)

By on

Yesterday, we reported on the twitter catfight between female artists Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift. It started when Minaj took to Twitter and aired her disappointment on why her hit single, Anaconda, wasn?t nominated for Best Choreography and Best Video Of The Year for the 2015 MTV VMA ? discreetly citing discrimination to black artists.

For some reason, Taylor thought Minaj was having a go at her because her video Bad Blood was nominated. And it all spiraled down from there. Though Swift has already ?apologized? Minaj is still to send a formal reply and just resulted to reposting reactions from fans calling for Taylor to apologize.

Taylor Swift Vs Nicki Minaj: Others join

And soon we got Kim Kardashian-West putting her nose (or bum) right in the middle of it all, using her husband?s famous MTV VMA line, ‘Imma let you finish but…’ complete with photo of herself sprawled on the sofa in apparent Vogue Spain shoot. People thought she was having a go at the recent rift, but explained it was just a bad case of wrong timing. The photo has since been taken down.

This morning, another artist Katy Perry, twitted a bizaare message which seems to be saying that Taylor was a hypocrite for what she did saying, ?”Finding it ironic to parade the pit women against other women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalises on the take down of a woman…”

Yes we couldn?t understand it as well, but it?s worth noting that both Swift and Perry dated acoustic artist, John Mayer, so there?s definitely bad blood there as well.

Mars Vs Sheeran

And then this happened: Bruno Mars decided that he also wanted to get in the Twitter rift and sent this message to Ed Sheeran:

? Of course, the ?rift? between these two guys is obviously fake, based on the cheesy banter:

And Bad puns.

@BrunoMars but all my crew know that Bruno has eyebrows dat be uno. And plays Cluedo with SuBo, but you lose coz you blow

? Ed Sheeran (@edsheeran) July 22, 2015

So who do you think will have a go at Twitter war next?
