Tattletail Is The Horror Suvival Game That You Should Be Playing Right Now

By on

The survival horror genre got big with the debut of games such as Slender and Five Nights at Freddy?s (FNAF). And with big publishers such as Capcom recognizing the genre and pushing out a game like Resident Evil 7, it looks like 2017 is set to be another big year for survival horror games.

If you were a big FNAF fan because of the crazy plot, scary cartoony designs or just because you?re a little weird inside, then we have a treat for you. Tattletail has arrived and is ready to kickstart a new wave of survival games this 2017.

’90s Virtual Pet Horror

Tattletail has a very interesting plot. You play as a kid who opens their Tattletail before Christmas day. Everything goes well until Tattletail doesn?t stay in its box and it?s Mama Tattletail has begun its hunt to both you and Tattletail.

The game?s creepy trailer lets people know that Mama Tattletale was banned. ?Do you know why Mama Tattletale was banned?? Apparently something pretty gruesome happened in the Christmas of 1998. Needless to say, you?ll be playing the kid in the Christmas of 1998.

Tattletale is a first person horror survival game. You will be armed with barely functional flash light in one hand and a very demanding Tattletail doll in the other.

You will try to survive the night from the murderous Mama Tattletail. On your journey of self preservation, you will be joined by your Tattletail every now and again as it will have you follow its mischievous (and deadly) demands such as feeding and cleaning it.

You will need to be careful through the night though. Making too much noise might get Mama Tattletail?s attention. And you definitely wouldn?t want that.

The game was produced by Waygetter Electronics and has been out on Steam since December 28, 2016 and it is available for both Windows and Mac OS X users. Tattletail has been getting a lot of great reviews on Steam and it is definitely worth a try.?
