Supergirl Season 2 Episode 6 Recap, Spoilers for Episode 7: Supergirl in Danger, Lena Luthor and Parasite?s Connection To Be Exposed

By on

Spoilers for Supergirl Season 2 ?Episode 7 point towards the possibility of Cyborg Superman killing Kara. Cyborg Superman is apparently the evil counterpart of Superman. Could the mechanical villain be successful in ending the Girl of Steel?s life?

In the previous episode, the connection between Lena Luthor and Parasite was featured. Episode 6 is titled Changing.

Episode 6 showed The Guardian lending a hand after a parasite alien drains Supergirl of her power. It seems Supergirl will still be in danger in the next episode.

The last episode also showed Hank Henshaw and Alex Danvers leading a team of DEO agents. They headed to a research facility where there are dry bodies of people and a wolf that appears as if they were all sucked by something.

The team do a further examination of the perimeter. They eventually find Dr. Rudy Jones lying on the ground. Dr. Jones is still alive, but he ?got into shock? according to Alex. Hank, also known as Martian Manhunter/J?onn J?onnz, takes him to the DEO.

Rudy Jones as Parasite

Rudy Jones is the second character to become Parasite. Fans of the DC Comics are aware that Parasite is one of Superman?s foes. In the comics, Jones is working at the Pittsburgh branch of S.T.A.R. Labs as a janitor. He was exposed to radiation and then became Parasite.

So how exactly is Rudy related to Lena in the CW series? Episode 6 revealed that Rudy is an employee of Lena as the Arctic research facility the doctor was working at is called Thorul.

According to a publication, Thorul was one of the monikers Lena used in the comics by the time she no longer wanted to be associated with the Luthors.

Supergirl Season 2 Episode 7 The Darkest Place airs on Nov. 21 at 8/7c on The CW.
