Still can?t get over the Suicide Squad movie? Whether you liked it or not, it looks like we?ll all be hearing more of the movie as its soundtrack debuts at number one on the Billboard 200 chart this week. The Suicide Squad soundtrack is said to be the best selling album this week. The album has sold at least 128,000 copies since its release. Billboard reported that it garnered the best sales frame for any album in a month, since Blink-182?s California launched with 172,000 sold (on the July 23-dated list). Adding to this, the reported album streaming earned about 32.6 million streams for the album?s tracks.
Also claiming the title of being the first number one soundtrack on the Billboard 200, The Suicide Squad soundtrack has proven to be a hit following the success of the film. The first single, Heathens by Twenty One Pilots was released last June 20, 2016.
Followed by the second single, Sucker for Pain by Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa & Imagine Dragons with Logic & Ty Dolla $ign ft. X Ambassadors, released on June 24, 2016.
Currently its third single, Purple Lamborghini by Skrillex and Rick Ross, released on July 22, 2016.
