The NBA Finals 2016 has been one dramatic roller coaster for the players, the fans and the entire world. The Golden State Warriors looked poised to easily dispose of the Cleveland Cavaliers as they led the series 3-1, but the Cavs had other plans. With LeBron James and Kyrie Irving leading the way, the Cleveland has tied the series setting up a thrilling Game 7 this Sunday, June 19, at Oracle Arena.
Emotions have been pretty high over the past couple of games, and it hasn?t just been the fans getting heated over the competitive series. Steph Curry?s wife, Ayesha Curry has been in the headlines once more as she has again criticized the NBA and the refs following the Warrior?s Game 6 loss where her husband fouled out and got ejected.
According to a report from Yahoo Sports, Ayesha took to Twitter and sent a tweet saying, ?I?ve lost all respect sorry this is absolutely rigged for money? Or ratings in not sure which. I won?t be silent . ?Just saw it live sry.? Ayesha later deleted the tweet but not before countless of her followers and the entire Twitterverse saw it.
That was not the first time that Ayesha has openly criticized the NBA and the refs as USA Today previously reported that she took to Twitter also during the Warrior?s Game 5 loss asking if the refs can get fined too. Coaches and NBA Players can get fined for criticizing referees, but it would be interesting to see if a player?s spouse can get the same punishment as well.
With Game 7 expected to be ultra-competitive even before tip-off, expect Ayesha to support her beau via Twitter once more. Be sure to check back here soon to find out more news and updates on Ayesha Curry, the NBA Finals 2016 as well as other trending stories in the world of sports.
