We may just see Cavaliers star Lebron James following the shoes of Michael Jordan in Space Jam 2, after the King recently signed a deal with Warner Bros on Wednesday along with an announcement of the company filing a trademark for Space Jam 2.

James? deal with Warner Bros involved a partnership spanning film, TV, and digital content, Variety reported.

?LeBron James has one of the most powerful, well-known brands in the world and we are excited to be in business with him and his partner, Maverick Carter, and Spring Hill Entertainment,? Warner Brother s Chairman and CEO Kevin Tsujihara said in a statement. ?The combination of LeBron?s global media presence and Warner Bros.? unmatched production and distribution expertise is a big win for fans everywhere,? he added.

Although no specific projects were made, the social media has been abuzz when Capital New York Editor Alex Werpin announced a new Space Jam Trademark was inked, Mashable reported.


After the James and Warner Bros. agreement, SpringHill a company involved with Disney, its co-founder Maverick Carter has expressed to bring their content ?to the next level? and hopes that their partnership with Warner Bros will enable them to look for ?new, creative ways to explore ideas that haven?t been done before.?

James is not new to the movie industry after he starred in a romantic comedy ?Trainwreck? by Universal where he got positive comments. Numerous fans were very happy with the possible release of Space Jam 2 starring James.


But of course, not many people agreed with James replacing MJ for Space Jam 2 with some saying that he is far incomparable to MJ as he wasn?t able to lift his team in the championships.
