Following the release of?Sony?s Xperia X, Xperia X Performance and Xperia XA, the 6.0-inch display clad Xperia XA Ultra can now be purchased in the U.S. at a budget-friendly price of $369.99. Similar to the other ?X? lineup, this device is also being sold as an unlocked variant. Nevertheless, it comes with U.S. manufacturer warranty in tow.

The Sony Xperia XA Ultra can be purchased from Amazon, Best Buy and B&H starting today. This unlocked device works under any GSM network like AT&T, T-Mobile and others.

As for specifications, the Xperia XA Ultra?s 6-inch display is complemented by a rather modest 1080p screen resolution. Design-wise, this handset offers?edge-to-edge viewing on a display wrapped in a razor-thin frame. Although the display is very big and not pocket-friendly at all, it is curved on the edges. Therefore, the device offers good grip and it is comfortable to hold.

Under the hood, an octa-core (MediaTek Helio P10) processor powers the device with 3GB of RAM backing it. This handset runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box. And it is eligible for an upgrade to Android 7.0 Nougat.

When it comes to camera configuration, the Japanese tech giant has opted for a phenomenal 21.5-megapixel rear-facing sensor with LED flash and support for autofocus. In addition, there is a very-generous 16-megapixel front-facing snapper for selfies and video chats. While the main camera doesn?t support OIS, the selfie-clicker at the front supports this feature.

The Xperia XA Ultra comes equipped with a modest 16GB of native storage space. However, there is a microSD card slot to facilitate further expansion of up to 200GB. Apart from the standard connectivity options, it also supports 4G LTE.

Even though the handset comes housed with only a 2,700mAh battery, Sony says it can provide up to 2 days of battery life after a full recharge.

Interested buyers can purchase the Xperia XA Ultra from any of the following links:?Amazon,?Best Buy and?B&H. It is worth noting that B&H is offering a free ?SanDisk 64GB Extreme UHS-I microSDXC? memory card (worth $29.68) with the purchase of this handset.
