The Sims 4 Dine Out: For Virtual Foodies and Entrepreneurs

By on
The Sims 4 Dine Out lets you own and run restaurants.

The Sims 4 has released their latest expansion pack, Dine Out, bringing new and exciting dining experiences for Sims players. This pack will not only allow Sims to go on food trips to amazing pre-made restaurants, but they can also own and run their restaurants too!

As with running a restaurant in real life, The Sims get to experience literally building their restaurant from the ground. One can have full control from choosing the restaurant name, the menu, the staff?s uniform, the restaurant?s preferred kind of customers, and basically what the restaurant looks like. Otherwise, there are pre-made restaurants that can be customized to your preference.

There are many ways to enjoy The Sims 4 Dine Out pack. Experimental Food for one, where avant-garde dishes seem to be whipped by a celebrity chef, features bright, bold and full of life animations that you?d wish you can see in real life. Sim customers can take pictures of these amazing entrees and main courses, and hang them on the walls (or who knows, maybe post it in The Sims? social media!)

Ownable restaurants

The restaurants are ownable, so an ambitious Sim who?s likely tired from an awful filing job at the business center, can just throw in the towel and buy a humble burger joint and expand it as it keeps earning simoleons. The Sims can hire, train and inspire staff, compensate customers for bad service, customize the menu, and enjoy a ?full-flavored entrepreneurial experience.

There are new objects that can be used outdoor like the new Warming Lamp, for chilly dinners served al fresco. Seafood restaurants can use the beautiful new aquariums to add to a restaurant?s ambience. Signs are customizable because, after all, it?s all about building your brand.

Another wonderful experience that The Sims 4 Dine Out offers is that the Sims can bring home food that they order from their preferred restaurant, and try their hand on remaking it at home. So next time they hold a house party, they can wow their Sims friends with their culinary expertise.
