Sherlock season 4 is getting ready to hit the television screen. The Sherlock team has released another image showcasing Sherlock season 4 on their official Facebook page.

In the image posted on Facebook, fans can find the Sherlock stars sitting together. Sherlock and Dr. John Watson are present with their bold looks. Dr. Watson is also holding a newborn baby. Detective Lestrade and Mrs. Hudson are standing behind the two main characters. Sherlock?s brother Mycroft and Molly Hooper are also seen in the image. In the background, there is a board with the text ?Sherlock 01.01.2017.? ?Fans are highly excited after seeing Sherlock?s picture. A fan has asked the Sherlock team about Moriarty.


Is Sherlock Series Coming To An End?

Fans were highly disappointed when a few publications claimed that season 4 will be the last season of the Sherlock series. They had also quoted Benedict Cumberbatch, who is playing the lead role, Sherlock. However, the showrunners have debunked such rumors. Sherlock showrunner Steven Moffat has said that Benedict Cumberbatch?s statements were misinterpreted by the media. ?

“That’s not what Benedict said. That’s what someone edited his words into the meaning of. He was quite specific about being keen to carry on. He went on to say he’s hard to get us all together. We want to keep the quality up. We haven’t even seen this [season air] yet. We don’t know. We haven’t sat down with the intent to anything yet,? Moffat said, according to TV Guide.

In January, Sherlock season 4 will present two episodes to the fans. The happy news is BBC will screen the upcoming two episodes in 350 cinemas.
