Rosewood is all set to return for its second installment. Many fans were delighted when it was officially announced that the show is not cancelled. It is sure to air on its home network on September 22 with Morris Chestnut as Dr. Beaumont Rosewood.

Viewers can expect to see more of the partnership between Chestnut?s character and Det. Annalise Villa. The latter role is played by Jaina Lee Ortiz. Rosewood Season 2 premiere spoilers claim that when the series returns, things between the two lead characters will be complicated.

In Rosewood Season 1, Rosewood and Villa were about to reveal their true feelings towards each other. But it looks like things will get messy before that happens. ?

Reports claim that Brian Austin Green will join Rosewood Season 2. His character as Aaron Slade is expected to cause a huge impact in the lives of Rosewood and Villa and how they work together.

Based on Slade?s description, he is not the type who likes teams and partnerships. From here, fans are quick to assume that conflicts will arise. Avid fans know that the investigations of East Miami PD?s most challenging cases require teamwork.

Two New Characters to Watch Out for Aside from Aaron Slade

Aside from Slade, viewers can also watch out for the characters of actress and Grammy-winning singer LeToya Luckett and Camille Spirlin. Both actresses were tasked to do recurring roles.

Luckett will portray the role of Tawnya. She is going to be Rosewood?s new leading lady. Spirlin, on the other hand, will play Kayla. She is the daughter of Tawyna. Kayla is an intelligent child who has endless doubts about the new man in her mother?s life. Rosewood Season 2 spoilers claim that Kayla will eventually realize that Rosewood is a good guy.

Viewers will know if Slade, Tawnya and Kayla will appear in the premier episode of Rosewood Season 2 when it premiers on Thursday, September 22, at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
