Ronda Rousey downs Correia after a flurry of punches ending her opponent Bethe Correia in under 34 seconds to defend her UFC Bantamweight title and beat her her hometown in Rio De Janeiro. The short match, which span the same run-time of TV ads, surfaced online making netzens enjoy the fight without having to shell-out real money.

Rousey is well-known for winning fights by submission, but she opted to charge her opponent and cornered her while raining overwhelming left-right punches. Rousey snuck in a knee forcing Correia to sidestep and open her defense, enabling Rousey to land a big right hook to end the fight.

Rousey fans surely enjoyed the action-packed fight.

Fight longer than Ronda Rousey Intended?

Ronda Rousey previously said she planned to make her fight with Correia longer than her previous bouts as she wanted to punish her opponent in the ring.??And if it goes any longer, it?s just because I?m punishing her more, and I?m not going to purposely not finish her if I see something,? Rousey said as reported by foxsports. ?But I could still drag it out and make the finish just a little bit more thorough.?

Ronda Rousey said this after she was taunted by Correia?who referenced her father?s death as Rousey?s father comitted suicide by asphyxia to ease his sustained injuries from an accident.

?She can’t take the pressure. I will give her the chance to get the belt back. Please, don’t kill yourself, don’t commit suicide, because I will give you the rematch,”?Correia told Combate?in an interview.

Correia even yelled at Rousey during their weigh-in to psyche her opponent, but it didn?t seem to have an effect on Rousey.

The fight might not seem long enough for people, but Rousey?s bout took much longer than her previous fight which ended in a mere 14 seconds via submission.
