Rick and Morty Season 3 is reportedly in the works but no official release date has been set for the beloved animated series yet. Amid the Cartoon Network series? cancellation rumors, fans can keep their peace that Season 3 will definitely push through.

Writer Erica Rosbe confirmed that all of the episodes of Rick and Morty Season 3 have been written. She also revealed that at least a portion of them have been animated.

The writer did not share any other details aside from these. Rosbe and another series writer, Sarah Carbiener, were spotted on the Chicks Who Script podcast.

Adult Swim recently released a Rick and Morty Claymation parody. It was stated that the upcoming season will have the events all in Rick’s dreams. Reports claim that these are all theories from Dan Harmon, the co-creator of the series.
