While we wait for the much-anticipated Resident Evil 2 remake, Capcom has revealed the Resident Evil Origins Collection. After the recent announcement of the plans for remaking Resident Evil 2, we can first relive the moments from Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil.
Both games will be available in their refined HD versions for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, it will also be available for the last gen consoles PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The Resident Evil Origins Collections will have the two games as a bundle. Resident Evil HD was based on the remake of the PlayStation One game which was given a much refined visuals for the Nintendo Gamecube that was released in 2002. It was also released in the last gen consoles with updated graphics and 16:9 widescreen format.

A trailer was revealed to feature the said bundle pack along with a surprise game mode called Wesker mode for Resident Evil 0, which shows a playable Albert Wesker with beefed up powers, such as teleportation and more. Another cool feature that will be added for RE0 is the option to switch from the enhanced 16:9 widescreen ratio or the original 4:3 format, the visuals and audio will also be enhanced to compliment the performance of the current gen consoles. You can also choose to have the camera-relative controls from the newer Resident Evil games or the camera-absolute controls that is based on the original Resident Evil games.
Resident Evil 0 HD edition will be getting a standalone digital copy for the PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 and is priced at $19.99 and it will be schedule for a release in early 2016
The Resident Evil Origins Collection will be available in the market on January 22, 2016
