Resident Evil 7

As expected, Capcom had big news for Resident Evil 7 at Tokyo Game Show 2016. The demo that we all lost our minds over is back but with an update. Capcom revealed that the Beginning Hour will be continued with the Resident Evil 7 Twilight Demo. Here?s what we know so far about the update and where you could download it.

PlayStation Japan?And Europe

The update is now available for download at the Japanese?and European PlayStation Store. We?ve yet to know exactly when the update will hit the North American version of the demo, but fans can expect it soon. You can also keep on clicking the ?check for update? button to make sure that you get your hands on the demo ASAP.

The Beginning Hour was released globally so Capcom will probably continue the demo across all regions as well. Players will need at least 6 GB of memory for the update. Those who?ve deleted the Beginning Hour demo will have to download it again.

What?s In The Demo

There?s a lot of unsolved mysteries from the Beginning Hour that could be solved in the ?Resident Evil 7 Twilight demo. For starters, the Dummy Finger that drove players insane back in June is now back, but with a purpose. Several streamers have already found a new use for the Dummy Finger by placing it in a hand, but that?s as far as everyone?s gotten so far.

A few players are already reporting that the demo is once again a dead end. There are a few mysteries opening up again which isn?t all too surprising. According to Resident Evil 7 producer Kawada Masachika, they?ll continue to update the demo. So any unsolved mysteries now, may finally get solved in another update. There?s still a few months to go before the launch of Resident Evil 7 so fans can expect 1 or 2 more demo updates till then.
