Red Hot Chili Peppers North American Tour 2017

The American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers (RHCP) is heading back on the road with a new string of concerts for their North American Tour 2017. The band is touring in support of its recently released studio album, The Getaway.

The 24-date North American leg of The Getaway Tour will kick off January 5, 2017 at San Antonio?s, AT&T Center. The shows will run through March, when they wrap up the tour in Vancouver on March 18. Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue will serve as opening act for the entirety of the leg. Jack Irons, RHCP?s multi-instrumentalist and original drummer will join the tour?s January dates.

Anthony Kiedis and company are currently in Europe supporting the collection, which topped the Billboard album sales chart in June. The Peppers? 11th studio release, hit the charts at No. 2 in June and has already sent lead single, ?Dark Necessities?, to No. 1 on both the mainstream rock and alternative song charts.

Tickets for The Getaway Tour will go on sale for the general public starting at 10 a.m. Friday, September 23. A fan club pre-sale launches at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 21. Every ticket will be accompanied with either a digital or physical copy of The Getaway. For more info, head over here.
