Red Dead Redemption 2

We?re past the half-part of this year?s E3, and although the reveals have been impressive so far, fans are still craving more info this week. Announcements about Xbox One Scorpio, Resident Evil 7 and the beloved Crash Bandicoot are all appreciated, but fans are still looking forward to Rockstar?s next entry in the hit Western open-world classic, Red Dead Redemption. After months of speculation, fans believe that the Red Dead Redemption 2 release date will come at E3 this year, but with only a few days left, will the anticipated title still make an appearance?

These past months, there have been a lot of rumors about Red Dead Redemption 2. There were leaked images, leaked maps and even possible titles. When there?s smoke, there?s fire. It was almost assured that the game will make an appearance at E3 this year but to no avail just yet.

Rockstar hasn?t had any major launches lately, and in fact, Rockstar?s most recent big project is Grand Theft Auto 5. The game that launched way back in 2013 is still being supported by Rockstar through updates, but that?s it. Rockstar has been pretty quiet on the scene, which once again led fans to speculate that it is working on something big like Red Dead Redemption 2.

For now, the game can take several paths when it comes to the setting. The rumored Red Dead Renegade may be a prequel starring John Marston, while Red Dead Redemption 2 is a sequel that could star Marston?s son. Some players even speculate that a remaster of the original title is in the works as well.

Fans are still eagerly awaiting for the reveal of the game, and Rockstar still has a few days left to take E3 by storm. We?re hoping to get a glimpse of the title, but a Red Dead Redemption 2 release date is of course more preferred since it?s been six years since the original game was released. With most big reveals being showcased only during the the conferences though, seeing Rockstar?s rumored game is a bit unlikely.
