Red Dead Redemption 2: What Fans Want

Red Dead Redemption 2

Gaming giant Rockstar Games is well-known for the Grand Theft Auto series, and with the depth and size of the games, it?s easy to see why. Aside from the GTA series, Rockstar has another notable sandbox game under its belt, the PlayStation 3?s 2010 Wild West game, Red Dead Redemption.

It?s been heavily rumored that fans are about to get a sequel to the hit game soon, with Red Dead Redemption 2: Legends of the West allegedly releasing next year. With the possibility of a sequel being very high, here are some of the features that fans will surely want for Red Dead Redemption 2.

A Bigger Wild West

Rockstar set the bar high with the huge map of Los Santos in GTA V. As such, fans are expecting a bigger map with each open-world game being released by Rockstar. The Wild West can?t really have much in it except for a few towns and railway systems, but the developer still made it exciting with the PS3 classic. Making the open world really large would open up possibilities for a lot of action including action-filled chases the Western setting is known for.

Another Story for the Ages

The PS3 classic was noted for a lot of things, but fans will surely remember the game?s epic ?adventure of John Marston. We all know how the first game ended, so we can?t expect Marston to make a comeback in Red Dead Redemption 2, but we can still see the story progress with John?s son, Jack Marston.

Excellent Gunplay

Since Red Dead Redemption 2?s setting is most still set in the Wild West, fans are expecting some good gunplay from Rockstar. We can?t expect much from the setting in terms of weapons customization, so Rockstar should really focus on providing a unique and thrilling shooting experience.
