Rage of Bahamut Virgin Soul Release Date, Trailer & Updates: Sequel To Introduce New Characters; Humans, Gods and Demons To Fight

Rage of Bahamut Virgin Soul is going all in as they teased fans with a release date, promotional video, cast and storyline. The official website for the anime series announced that Rage of Bahamut Virgin Soul has gotten an April 2017 release. A 10-minute short promo clip is being streamed on?the site.

The upcoming series is a sequel to 2014’s Rage of Bahamut Genesis. It is set 10 years after the world escaped destruction caused by the revival of Bahamut. Human residents of the royal capital collect wealth. Meanwhile, the gods lose their power and the demons want to be part of the capital?s revival.

The storyline for Rage of Bahamut Virgin Soul is expected to center on how humans, gods, and demons live together. Each group holds their own ideas of justice. Therefore, conflicts would inevitably arise.

Rage of Bahamut Virgin Soul Cast

The highly anticipated sequel brings new an interesting cast. One of them is Sumire Morohoshi. She will play the role of Nina Drango.

Nina is a girl who comes to the royal capital as a bounty hunter. Rage of Bahamut fans would love her for her bright and lively personality. Morohoshi is best known for her previous role in Haikyu!!’s Hitoka Yachi and Aikatsu!’s Ichigo Hoshimiya.

Another new member of the cast is Yuichiro Umehara as Charioce XVII. The aforementioned character is a cruel, ambitious king. Nothing or no one can stop him from achieving his goals.

Charioce XVII is not afraid of gods or demons. He even wields a forbidden power stolen from gods. Fans would recognize Umehara for his role in Girlish Number’s Goj? Karasuma, Seraph of the End’s Rene Simm.

Fans will be pleased to learn that original cast members are set to return. These include the likes of Hiroyuki Yoshino as Favaro Leone. Go Inoue is also returning as Kaiser Lidfard, along with many others.
