Pokemon GO: Win $5,000 by Finding Rarest Pokemon; Here?s a List of Rare Pokemon to Help You

Pokemon GO is an interesting augmented reality game that has gained huge popularity across the globe in a short span of time since its launch on July 6. What makes the game immersive is that it requires people to walk to catch Pokemon and it has plenty of rare Pokemon that are quite difficult to find. Ripley?s Believe It or Not is offering a cash prize of $5,000 for players who find rare Pokemon.

The contest that is currently available in the U.S., the U.K., Canada and Australia require players to go to any Ripley?s locations such as aquariums, odditoriums and so on and snap photos of the rarest Pokemon. Next, the players are required to send their photos to Ripley?s through Twitter or Instagram using the #RipleysGO hashtag.

A player can send unlimited entrees to Ripley?s and the company will own the rights of the photos it receives from the participants. Ripley?s is offering a daily reward of $100 and a grand prize of $5,000. In case of a tie, the grand prize will be given to the player who caught the rarest Pokemon first.

In order to qualify for the contest, players need to be at least 13 years old and must have a valid address along with contact details. Family members, former and current employees of Ripley?s are restricted from participating in the contest. The contest that began on July 15 will come to an end on July 24.

For players who do not know what a rare Pokemon is, Ripley?s has provided a?chart?that contains photos of rare, very rare, special, epic and legendary Pokemon. It is an unofficial image created by a Pokemon GO fan.

As of this writing, none of the Pokemon GO players from any region of the world have been able to find the rarest of Pokemon. Poke Radar and Ingress app are some of the tools that may help players in finding a rare Pokemon.
