Pokemon Go Update: Niantic Revealed Santa Pikachu, Sprint Locations are New Pokestops

The wait is finally over as Nintendo has rolled out the latest Pokemon GO update. The update included a Christmas makeover and the unveiling of some legendary Pokemon including Mewtwo.

Players has been eagerly awaiting for this update. They have wanted to hunt for more Pokemon to add to their collection. Now, players will be able to hunt for Santa Pikachu and other legendary Pokemon including Moltres, Mewtwo, Articuno, and Zapdos.

Catch a Santa Pikachu in the new Pokemon GO update

Previously, the company announced that it was offering double XP to celebrate Christmas. In the latest update, Niantic disclosed that it has renovated its flagship Pokemon Pikachu with Christmas theme. Now the players can catch a Santa Pikachu until?December 29.

The company event thanked its players by saying that “As we race towards 2017, we wanted to take a moment and thank you for your support. We?re excited for December because we have a few new experiences and in-game events planned for you before wrapping up the year.”

Niantic to team up with Sprint for Pokemon?GO

In the recent update, the company even disclosed that it is going to team up with Sprint to offer a better Pokemon GO experience to the players. The company is going to declare 10,500 Sprint locations as the Pokestops and Gyms in order to meet the increasing demand for catching Pokemon this Christmas.

In the update, the company described that Boost Mobile and Sprint at Radioshack stores are the best places to stock up Poke Balls, Razz berries. Besides the players can even organize Pokemon battles and many other events to celebrate Christmas.

The Niantic and Sprint collaboration will bring a great network and unlimited data plan to support Pokemon search and making the experience memorable for the players. So, no matter where the Pokemon are hiding, the players can catch them with a pleasant experience.
