For most Pokemon GO players, the thrill of the game is in exploring the real world to search for these digital pocket monsters. It?s definitely more fulfilling and exciting than just sitting around with your eyes glued to your smartphone, just waiting for the critters to come out. However, for those tired of all the walking, there?s an alternate way to finding even the best and rarest Pokemon via the Pokemon GO cheat map. The only problem is, Niantic might possibly ban you for using it.
The cheat map allows you to see nearby Pokemon in real-time all charted on a map. There will be an icon for each Pokemon. Clicking on it will let you check the time until it disappears from its current location, according to Geek.com. The publication did a little testing and confirmed that the map is accurate.
The accessibility of the map is a bit complicated at present as you have to download Python on your PC and run it using command lines. ?There have been several attempts on building easier tools but they?re not very reliable. More importantly, Niantic will most likely consider it as an improper use of servers so creating a new account is a must if you wish to access the map. This will prevent your real account from getting banned.
Furthermore, the map is in fact an actual project for the game but server issues and serious bugs kept Niantic from including it as an official game feature. They are currently dealing with these issues and it might take a while.
In the meantime, you can catch the Pokemon GO panel at the San Diego Comic Con 2016, Hall H this Sunday, July 24 at 1:45p.m. PT.
Pokemon GO is now available for iOS and Android mobile devices in the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in Europe.
