The fast-rising popularity of Pokemon Go has been taken to a new level. After rumors have mentioned of a release in other parts of the world, Niantic, the developers of the game, have responded. They have shared some Pokemon Go updates to clear the speculations.
It was recently reported that the game will supposedly be available in the South East Asian region last July 15, 2016. There was a scheduled Pokemon Go release date that fans have been looking forward to. Unfortunately, it didn?t come.
Chris Kramer, vice president of fortyseven communications and a representative of Niantic, expressed in an email that there are still no plans for any release in other countries.
?The team is currently heads down working on the game. We do not have any announced plans for countries beyond New Zealand, Australia, US and Germany at the moment,? Kramer wrote, according to IGN.
Pokemon Go was previously released on July 6 in countries including the United States, Australia and New Zealand. The game was soon revealed to other countries such as UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Although Japan was the original country where Pokemon came out, it has yet to have the game.
The release was remarked for its exciting gameplay but revealed a lot of errors and problems. According to the report, the complications previously facing the game were:
- Authentication issues
- Unable to download the game
- Application not installed error on Android devices
- Distorter game sound while playing
- Error on purchasing items via Pok?Coins
- Trainer account resetting error
- Screen orientation detection error
- Battery drain issue
- Bug fixed for iOS users
- Fixed log in server error
- Fixed some GPS error
- No jailbreak required
- All Android device is now supported including older version
- Available for iOS device
- Auto update using own server
On the other hand, Nintendo?s head developer John Hanke assured fans that the mobile game will be available ?relatively soon? in roughly 200 countries and regions, according to Reuters.
Freezing PokeBall Glitch on Pokemon Go
If you?re already playing the game and may have encountered that tricky PokeBall glitch, you don?t need to panic. The PokeBall glitch won?t necessarily affect the process of catching a Pokemon. Reports have mentioned that the glitch is just a lag and all you need to do is wait for a few minutes to tell if you?ve caught one or not. Expect Niantic to fix the glitch soon.
