After days of waiting, Sony has finally unveiled the free games coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers. This month?s lineup is looking more impressive than the past offerings, and it may have something to do with Sony lagging behind Microsoft in the free game offerings. These are the PlayStation Plus free games for June 2016.
Last week, it was leaked through an email that NBA 2K16 and Gone Home are this month?s offerings. Sure enough, Sony did give these games for free this month. The reason behind NBA 2K16 being given out as a free game might be because Sony is trying to generate excitement for the NBA Playoffs. It?s a big title for the PlayStation plus free games, but it?s good to see subscribers finally getting their money?s worth.
For the PlayStation 3, Sony is giving away Echochrome. It?s a unique puzzle game developed by Sony?s Japan Studio. It?s a fun puzzler that has a lot of mechanics for players to get a hold of, but once the learning curve is dealt with, it?s a nice experience.
The other title is Siren: Blood Curse (Episode 1-12). This horror game is a reimagining of the Siren series and will feature several characters? struggle to survive in a haunted village. Each chapter is interconnected, and it?s quite fun to see the mystery unfold.
God of War fans have a lot to be happy about as God of War: Chains of Olympus will finally be available for the PlayStation Vita. It will provide players with hours of the action the series is known for, so it?s a must-grab for fans.
Last but not the least is the arcade title, Little Deviants. This cute title is filled with 30 minigames that players should accomplish, so getting it will provide players with a relaxing way to pass the time.
Subscribers will receive their PlayStation Plus free games next Tuesday, June 7.
