PlayStation Plus Free Games For June 2016: PS4 Lineup Leaked Again

By on

In just a few days, we?ll be able to find out what are the new game offerings for the PlayStation Plus Free Games next month. But those who can?t wait any longer may have lady luck on their side as another new leak reveals what could be the free game offerings of Sony for next month.

The full list of PlayStation Plus Free Games for June 2016 will be announced next week, but a little blunder on the source code may have already revealed what the free games for the PlayStation 4 are. The leak comes from a PlayStation newsletter the Sony sends to PlayStation Network users, Gearnuke reports.

The newsletter lists down the PlayStation 4 offerings of for May 2016 which are Tropico 5 and Tabletop Racing: World Tour. If the page fails to load properly, the image of the May offerings reveals two titles; Gone Home and NBA 2K16. We don?t know what this means but these two games have not been offered yet on PlayStation Plus so it?s very likely that these are the game coming next month.

NBA 2K16 is the latest entry in 2K Sports? basketball franchise and it?s very surprising to see as a free game offering for premium subscribers on PlayStation Plus. Gone Home on the other hand is a story-driven ?walking simulator? Indie game.

The game offerings for next month are surprising. Sony is offering a AAA title this time around with NBA 2K16. It?s possible that they are trying to beat raise the bar set by Microsoft. We?ve yet to see the PlayStation Plus Free Games offerings for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita and all we have to do is wait a bit longer for the confirmed game list.
