The year 2016 has been quite an exciting year for all Playstation users. A few months before the end of the year, gamers have seen major game releases from big publishers. Games like Battlefield 1, Titanfall 2 and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare made it to this year?s last minute releases. Playstation Plus members were also given the chance to try out the beta version of the said games for at least a couple of weekends each. While it is well and good for members, others are still waiting for the Playstation Plus free games for January 2017.

Nevertheless, subscribers made peace with the fact that they will not get everything they wanted. With that in mind, here are just some of the games players want to see on the Playstation Plus free games for January 2017.

As for something that is a bit more family friendly, there is Ratchet and Clank. This action-oriented platformer follows the adventures of the characters as they save the universe from invaders. The game was developed by Insomniac Games and was published exclusively by Sony Computer Entertainment.
So far, Sony did not clarify if it will include some VR games in the monthly Playstation Plus lineup. However, there is nothing wrong in hoping that at some point, it will relent and dole out free VR games in the future. For now, the first VR game that will come to mind for the Playstation VR is Until Dawn: Rush of Blood. This nausea-inducing, roller coaster of a ride is a perfect entry for the Playstation VR list.
