It?s half of July already, so it?s time we start speculating on the Playstation Plus Free Games for August 2016. Based on Sony?s previous giveaway patterns, two titles have emerged as possible PS Plus candidates.
Some Ideas For?PlayStation Plus Free Games
On August 9, two new indie titles, Blade Ballet and Emily Wants to Play, are set to arrive on the PlayStation Store. This date happens to be the first Tuesday of the month, which is when the PS Plus games for the month are usually handed out.
This isn?t the first time that Sony will include brand new indies as part of its monthly PlayStation Plus free games. Games like Furi, Dead Star, and even Rocket League made their debut on the platform as part of the instant game collection. If we follow this pattern, we think it?s pretty likely that at least one of the two games will be free come August 9. Given that, let?s try and learn more about each one.
Already out on PC, Blade Ballet is described by developer?DreamSail Games as a ?slashing, competitive multiplayer dance of robot destruction.?
Similarly, Emily Wants to Play is another PC title making the jump to PlayStation 4. It?s a survival horror game that tasks you with surviving one long night with Emily and friends.
?Freely roam the house and try to figure out what is going on. Three dolls and a strange girl named Emily will also start roaming the house as the hours toll by. Stay away from them, but if you do end up in a room with one, figure out how to stay alive. This may be your last pizza delivery,? reads?the game?s synopsis on Steam.
What do you think of these two titles? Are they good additions to the PlayStation Plus Free Games lineup for August 2016?
