The most awaited award ceremony, the People?s Choice Awards, is going to air on small screens on January 18, 2017. Mark Burnett has made an official announcement to the media at the Paley Center. The announcement is about the nominees that have the highest possibilities to bag the awards. Soon Mark was accompanied by many celebrities like Molly Shanon, Jamie Chung, and many others.

He stated that after receiving 125 million votes from across the US, he is excited to see some of his favorite stars and movies take the award home. The event disclosed the nominees for favorite movie, favorite movie actor, favorite movie actress and plenty more. Here are the predictions on which movie will get the highest number of votes to bag the Favorite movie award.

Captain America: Civil War

Based on a comic superhero, Captain America has successfully grossed over $1.1 billion worldwide. The energetic performance of Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., and Scarlett Johansson has made it the 12th highest grossing film of all time. With lots of achievements, the possibilities of getting People?s choice award as the Favorite movie are as high as its profits.

Deadpool

Directed by famous personality Tim Miller, Deadpool is an American superhero comedy movie and a massive blockbuster at the box office. It broke numerous records including becoming the seventh highest-grossing film of 2016, the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time when unadjusted for inflation, the highest-grossing X-Men film.

Finding Dory

The search for her parents makes Finding Dory the most spectacular movie of the year. The beautiful sea creatures successfully captured the hearts of millions of fans. It was a critical success as it grossed over $1 billion and becoming the second Pixar movie to cross the mark set by Toy Story.

The urban town of Zootopia received praise for its animation, voice cast, humor, and themes about discrimination and social stereotypes. The movie even received record-breaking box office success in many countries and earning?a worldwide gross of over $1B. This makes?it the third highest-grossing film of 2016 and the 25th highest-grossing film of all time.

Suicide Squad

The comic-based superhero movie successfully grossed more than $745 million which made it the eighth highest grossing film of 2016. Although the movie has received negative comments from critics, the performances of the cast saved the Suicide Squad boat and included the movie in a big hit list.
