Park Yoochun?s sexual assault scandal has been making news for weeks. With new accusations hurled towards the JYJ member almost every other day, some may wonder if and how he could recover from the rape controversy.

The Korean celebrity?s ordeal began when a certain ?Ms. A Lee? accused Park Yoochun of sexual assault middle of last month. The rape allegedly took place last June 4 at the bathroom of an entertainment bar where she works.

However, the alleged first victim?s boyfriend came out days later to drop the charges filed at the Seoul Gangnam Police station. He clarified that his girlfriend was drunk and that he just got upset over ?an accident.? ?Because of this development, some thought that Park Yoochun’s scandal was over.

However, the camp of Ms. A Lee resurfaced earlier this week to re-open the case that they dropped. She explained that the sexual act that took place between her and the award-winning singer?was actually forced onto her, thereby classifying it as an assault.

More victims eventually came out to accuse Park Yoochun of rape. All of five them claim that the incidents took place at bathrooms of bars frequented by the ?Miss Ripley? actor.

The alleged fifth victim also accused the acquaintances and the bar?s madam of being accomplices in Park Yoochun?s sexual assault, and had other bar employees as witnesses to the case.

Because of the ongoing Park Yoochun scandal, there are producers who have reportedly declined working with him. Even though investigation for the rape allegations are still underway, the execs have preferred to keep a ?marginal distance? since hiring a ?tarnished? TV star could hurt their projects.

In line with the Park Yoochun sexual assault drama, his reps from C-JeS Entertainment have spoken up in support of their prized talent. The agency said they are confident that their client will be proven innocent, and even warned his five accusers of possible counter-charges if they find out that the alleged victims are just lying.
