Park Yoochun?s sexual assault scandal might be far from over. Just recently, police confirmed that the specimen found on the underwear of the alleged first victim matches the actor?s DNA.
The ?Miss Ripley? actor has been thrown with rape allegations ever since a certain ?Ms. A Lee? came out last June. Park Yoochun?s sexual assault allegedly took place last June 4 in the bathroom of an entertainment bar where she works.
To the surprise of many, Ms. A Lee?s boyfriend eventually dropped the rape charges. He explained that his girlfriend was just drunk and that ?an accident? took place.
However, the camp of Ms. A Lee resurfaced last week to re-open their cancelled case. The alleged victim admitted that she and the award-winning singer did have sex but insisted that she just got forced to do it.
Her story would then explain why the specimen in her underwear matched Park Yoochun?s DNA.
Still, Morning Ledger pointed out that it would be difficult for the girl to prove that she had sex against her will. This could also mean that the DNA evidence might not even stand in court.
Aside from Ms. A Lee, Park Yoochun?s sexual assault scandal took a turn for the worst after more victims came out to accuse him of rape. All of five them claim that the incidents took place at bathrooms of bars frequented by the actor.
The alleged fifth victim was even accompanied by witnesses, who claimed that Park Yoochun?s companions possibly knew about his exploits. This is because they noticed how the actor?s friends would laugh every time he would go to the bathroom.
The madam in the bar where the alleged fifth victim got raped also supposedly blocked the door to the bathroom, so that she could not escape.
Because of the nasty Park Yoochun scandal, there are producers who have reportedly declined working with him. They explained that it would be best to keep a ?marginal distance? since hiring a ?tarnished? TV star could hurt their projects.
Amid all the negativity surrounding the Park Yoochun sexual assault scandal, reps from C-JeS Entertainment stood by their prized talent. The agency also planned to file counter-charges against the five alleged victims.
