Based on the manga series by Takano Ichigo, Orange Manga (finally!) comes to life in a live-action, teen fantasy drama. The movie, which was released on December 12, 2015 in Japan, was directed by Kojiro Hashimoto and Produced by Toho.



One day, 16-year old Takamiya Naho, receives a letter from herself ? ten years into the future. As Naho reads the letter, she learns about events that will happen, which coincidentally starts on the day she meets a new transfer student- Naruse Kakeru.


Set within the beautiful Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture in Japan, this time-travel story encompasses love, friendship, and living life without regrets to its fullest. ?


Starring Tao Tsuchiya, who is known for her role as Makimachi Misao in the films Rurouni Kenshin ? Kyoto Inferno and Rurouni Kenshin ? The Legend Ends, she plays Orange?s main protagonist, 16-year old Naho Takamiya. She is joined by Kento Yamazaki, who recently played L in the TV adaptation of Death Note, who will be playing Naruse Kakeru. Tsuchiya and Yamazaki are joined by a talented supporting cast made up of the following actors:

  • ????????Reiko Kusamura (7 Days of Himawari and Her Puppies) as Hatsuno Naruse
