By on

The cast of ?Orange is the New Black,? apparently still has a lot of free time on their hands before they come back to Litchfield Penitentiary. Kimiko Glenn, who plays as Brook Soso in ?Orange is the New Black,? has signed on the upcoming Broadway production of ?Waitress,? a story based on Adrienne Shelly?s 2007 indie film ?Finding Neverland,? according to Variety.

Orange is the New Black meets Broadway

Glenn will work alongside lead actor Jessie Mueller, a Tony winner for ?Beautiful,? with Dakin Matthews, Drew Gehling, Eric Anderson, and Keala Settle. The Broadway ?Waitress? will be be produced by Barry and Fran Weissler and Norton and Elayne Herrick, with previews beginning on March 25 at Broadway?s Brook Atkinson Theater before the April 24 opening.

Upcoming plots for season 4

As for the next season of ?Orange is the New Black,? previous rumors indicated the feud between Sophia (Laverne Cox) and Gloria (Selenis Leyva) will still be supposedly continuing for season 4 of ?Orange is the New Black.? When Cox was asked if there was any chance for the two of them to shake hands and make up, she straightforwardly said no. ?I can?t imagine. As a viewer watching, seeing how much remorse Gloria has, I always like to believe there?s a potential for forgiveness, but hits is pretty bad,? she said in an interview with?TV Guide. ?This is really, really bad.?

On the other hand, TV Guide confirmed that Alex, portrayed by Laura Prepon, is still alive and will be coming back to the fourth season. It was revealed that Alex was last seen in a shed in the Litchfield Penitentiary ?while an assassin was pretending to be a security guard? and tried to kill her, according to TV Guide. So for those Alex fans waiting for the announcement of her still being alive, you can take the load off your chest.

There is no official premiere date yet on season 4 of ?Orange is the New Black,? but the hit show is expected to premiere in early June 2016. What do you think will happen to the inmates of Litchfield Penitentiary this season? Sound off in the comment section below.
