A promotional image for the Oppo R9 and Oppo R9 Plus has just been leaked, and it reveals the price for the upcoming models. The poster depicts the cost of the two smartphones with regards to the Chinese market, according to GSMArena.
?Oppo since last week has been teasing the Oppo R9 and the Oppo R9 Plus camera-focused smartphones in China. It has also been posting teasers on its Weibo account touting the handsets? VOOC fast charging. However, it has finally posted an image confirming when it will be launching the duo,? GadgetsNDTV reported.
The smaller phone?is reported to sell around CNY 2,498, the equivalent of $383 while the Plus will sell at CNY 2,998 (64GB) and CNY 3,298 (128GB), which is the equivalent of $460 and $506 respectively, PhoneArena reported.
Oppo R9 and Oppo R9 Plus Features
Rumors about the features of the upcoming bigger Oppo?Plus include a 6-inch screen, a 1440×2560 QHD resolution, a Snapdragon 820 chipset and a 21-megapixel rear camera. It will have 64GB of expandable storage and a 4120 mAh battery.
As for the smaller phone, it will feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen, a MediaTek Helio X10 chipset octa-core CPU, a 13-megapixel rear camera and 4-megapixel front camera, according to PhoneArena. The upcoming smartphone will have 4GB of RAM and 32GB storage with 2850 mAh battery.
The tech company previously posted an image which revealed the number ?9? that indicated their R9 handsets, which also mentioned a ?2016 New Product Launch Event.? The image also announced that Oppo will reveal its R9 and R9 Plus in their launch event this March 17. The two models will supposedly launch only in China and will eventually be introduced to other markets, according to GadgetsNDTV.
