The powerful but elusive OnePlus One handset has only been available to a fraction of consumers through an invite-system since its release in June last year. The Chinese company behind it already held a few free-for-all sales a few times before 2014 ends. But now, it is slated to offer another invite-free retail session through the OnePlus online store.
The smartphone dubbed by the company as the ultimate ?Flagship Killer? and touted as the ?Phone of Dreams? by Time Magazine will be open for aspiring buyers in Asia, Europe, and North America on Tuesday, 20 January 2015. The phone?s official online retail store will only offer it for two hours to those buyers without invite. Here?s the schedule for different regions:
- Asia: ?19:00 – 21:00 HKT
- Europe: ?19:00 – 21:00 GMT
- North America: ?7 p.m. – 9 p.m. EST
