OnePlus has finally dropped a hint about the launch of OnePlus 3T, an enhanced version of OnePlus 3. However, the company is yet to openly reveal the upcoming device and its release date.
In a recent video posted on Twitter, OnePlus has indicated that the latest Snapdragon 821 processor was added to OnePlus handsets on November 15. OnePlus 3 runs on Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 and reports claim that upcoming OnePlus three will be powered by Snapdragon 821 chipset.
Recent reports have claimed that OnePlus 3T will cost $80 more than current handset. OnePlus 3 was launched for $399 and the new device will cost $479.

Along with the latest processor, the upcoming device is expected to roll out with improved display quality. Although CEO, Carl Pei earlier claimed that the company will stick to Optic AMOLED display in its upcoming handsets, reports claim that the company could use LCD display in OnePlus 3T due to shortage of AMOLED displays.
Moreover, the device will have improved inbuilt storage and battery component. The current device is fitted with 3,000mAh battery and 64GB native storage. Reports claim that OnePlus 3T would have 128GB internal storage. The device will be powered by 3,300mAh battery.
The company is reportedly working on Android Nougat update for its smartphones. It is highly likely that enhanced version of OnePlus 3 will run Android Nougat out of the box.
OnePlus 3 already features 16MP main and 8MP camera that is already better than cameras of most of the high end smartphones. The device already includes accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass. Moreover, fast battery charging is there and doesn?t necessarily need update.
