Yesterday, famous leakster Evan Blass unveiled a rather interesting detail about the Nokia 8. His post on Twitter showed a glimpse of the rear cameras of the phone. Blass is back with more leaks, only this time around, he is showing the Nokia 8 in all its glory.
Blass’ most recent Twitter post shows a couple of images of the Nokia 8. While the two images are practically the same, they still show two of the color variants for the phone. Also, the images showcased the quite familiar design of Nokia’s upcoming flagship phone.
At first glance, one would think that the phone on the image is not the Nokia 8. In fact, it looked very much like a cross between OnePlus 3T and the Galaxy Note 7. Display-wise, the Nokia 8 took from the Galaxy Note 7. However, the overall look of hardware components at the front resembled that of the OnePlus 3T.

On the other hand, viewing the device from the back, everything starts to change. The vertical camera arrangement as well as the iconic Carl-Zeiss logo are probably what makes the Nokia 8 unique. Both camera sensors have a resolution of 13 megapixels. The one thing that has not been answered yet is the part between the LED flash and the Carl-Zeiss logo. Some experts speculate that it might be some sort of sensor for AR applications.
When it comes to other hardware specs, the Nokia 8 is a sure beast. Rocking a Snapdragon 835 within paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of flash storage, you are pretty sure this device will perform. Out of the box, Nokia’s newest flagship will come pre-installed with Android Nougat 7.1.1.
The Nokia 8 is said to be released on July 31. Fans of the brand can grab the new phone for approximately $675. For more updates on the Nokia 8, be sure to check us out at The Bitbag.
